Hi, I’m Maeda, I have been participating in Crossfit since 2013 and have coached crossfit since 2017. It sounds like the typical fitness story, but CrossFit did change my life. The physical challenge was hard but the mental challenge was like no other. It taught me how to cope and manage my life in a completely different way. I love a long workout, something that involves a skipping rope, box jumps and wall ball. I currently hold my cert 3 in fitness, level 1 in crossfit training and I am currently studying my cert 4 in fitness (personal training). I look forward to see the changes in people that I saw in myself.
