Gymnastics Strength Work- 3 x 7 minute intervals:
Decide how you would like to work, recommend you work in a timed interval like yesterday (On the minute every minute, or every 90 seconds, etc.)
7 minutes: Muscle ups Transition/Pullups
7 minutes: Pistols Squat/Rolling Pistol Squat
7 minutes: Handstand Pushups
*Choose an appropriate option for each function (pulling, squatting, pushing) and practice.
*DON’T GO TO FAILURE!
