30 Power Clean and Jerk 70/50Kg

Then share reps and swap as needed
40 Burpee Box Jump Overs 60/50cm
40 Wall Balls HEAVY 15kg/9kg
40 Single Arm DB Squat Snatch 22.5/15kg
40 Cal Bike or Rower

Then Cash Out
30 Partner Deadlifts 140/100kg ( Both holding bar same time)
Careful with these make sure you are both on the same count to initiate lift and if you are lowering or dropping from hip. COMMUNICATE with your partner..
