Partners on either side of box wall.

15 minutes for maximal ball over box wall.

Partner 1 completes:
6 Duel KB Swing 20/12kg
8 Duel KB Front Squat
12 Prone In/out + lateral jump (sounds fun)

[then throw ball over box wall]

Partner 2 completes:
6 Ring Dips
8 Knee to Elbows
12 Ball Slam

[then throw ball over box wall]

Once 15 minute complete, rest 2 minute, then swap.

Workout finishes with 3 minutes as many partner burpee over box as possible
