Finisher- Eat a donut for time:
*Pick your favourite donut
*Tie to pull-up bar, hanging at 4 inches below bar height.
Rules:
You must complete 1 Pullup (range of motion: lockout position to ‘mouth to donut’ position) before taking 1 attempt at biting donut.
If/When donut falls to covered floor, you must complete 1 burped for every bite of donut.
Workout finishes when your donut is gone and mouth is empty!
