*next person starts only when person in front finishes ball slam burpees

3 minutes to complete as many reps as possible:

-30m bent arm plate carry 25/15kg

-3 Handstand Pushups strict

*next person starts only when person in front finishes 15m bent arm carry

3 minutes to complete as many reps as possible:

-6 ball to wall support floor touch 20/9kg

*2 people in team working at once

3 minutes to complete as many reps as possible:

-6 KB sumo deadlift high pull 32/24KG

-15m broad jump 

*next person starts only when person in front finishes 6 sdhp 

X2 sets,no rest between (24 minutes)

Then finish with 5 minutes in group of 4 as many thrusters as possible using 1 bar 60/40kg
