Abmat Situps = 1 point
5 Double Unders = 1 point
Ball Slam = 1 point
Rope Climb = 5 reps
40m Farmers Carry 32/28kg = 5 points
Run/Row 200m = 10 point
Run/Row 400m = 30 points
Run/Row 700m = 80 points

*You will have 5 mins before start to make up a combination of exercises above to compile as many points as possible for your team.
*Trainer will be taking points, so you can focus on workout.
