Partner 1:
400m Run

Partner 2:
1 Bar Muscle Up
5 Seated Straight Leg Raise
2 Bar Muscle Up
10 Seated Straight Leg Raise
3 Bar Muscle Up
15 Seated Straight Leg Raise
etc.

*Partner takes over workout load on return of run.
*Your goal is to get as many rounds complete as possible (more running) and highest repetition round inside the gym.
