Every Minute On the Minute:

First 8 Minutes alternate between:
-6 Bench Press
-12 Box Jumps

Followed by 8 minutes alternating between:
10 Single Arm KB Snatch 24/16
50 Double Unders

Finish with:
Death By Knees to Elbows

*’Death by’, you start with 1 rep the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third, etc.. until you can not complete the rep round required in that minute.
