1-7/7-1 reps for time.

1 Snatch 60/40kg
2 Overhead Squats
3 Handstand Pushups
4 Burpee Box Jump Overs 60/50cm
5 Deadlifts
6 Push Jerks
7 Front Squats

**This workout is done in the same way as 12 Days of Christmas,
1 Snatch, then 1 Snatch + 2 O/H Squats, then 1 Snatch + 2 O/H Squats + 3 HSPU, etc..

Once you complete all 7 exercises (7th Round), then complete the list from bottom to top in the same way.

7 Front Squats, then 7 Front Squats + 6 Push Jerks, then 7 Front Squats + 6 Push Jerks + 5 Deadlifts, etc..

There’s a catch: If you don’t perform all reps in a row for that particular exercise you owe 10 burpees on the spot.
e.g. 5 Deadlifts, you drop the bar at 4 reps = 10 Burpees. finish your final rep and continue.
