Back Squat 2-2
Starting with 4 reps and increasing by 4 each rounds, you and a partner complete as high rep round as possible with 3 minutes work 2 minutes rest:
4 MB Cleans and throw over rope
4 Toes to Bar
8 MB Cleans and throw over rope
8 Toes to Bar
etc..
*You continue where you finished in your previous round.
*You and your partner breakup reps however you like and share total eps between you.
