7 Dead Ball Shoulder to Shoulder
10 TTB
3 Dead Ball Squats

* If completed within the 3 minutes, rest for the remainder if the time.
If you can share a set up with a partner so that you can alternate both ‘a’ and ‘b’ 3 minute round that would be ideal
