Holding his Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2), CrossFit Endurance Certificate, Level 1 Power and Strength Certificate.

Having a drive for strength training and power sports, his sporting highlight was playing in a Gridiron IFAF World Cup for Australia. James finds nothing more rewarding than helping people be better!

Yash

Everybody welcome Yash!
Our new trainer. You will find Yash on Tuesday mornings for the moment. You may also know him as your local doctor too, he is practising from investigator clinic. How lucky are we to have an inhouse doc working for us that absolutely sees the huge benefit in CrossFit training..He absolutely loves the west coast, loves fitness. He holds his Cert and 3&4 aswell as his level 1 CrossFit Cert.
A little a bit about Yash… “ I love exploring new places, swimming in the various places around Lincoln (sharks be damned lol). I also have travelled to different places like HK, US, Canada, NZ and even costa Rica where I've found CrossFit gyms and met great people there. So it's really about the community and picking up bits and pieces from different places.

Also it's great to be involved in health not at the disease end of the spectrum but on the prevention and wellness to fitness end, I am looking forward to meeting new people and offering what I know to you all”

I fell in love with Crossfit just over 6 years ago when my second babe was 6 weeks old. It started out as "time for me", which soon grew into an underlying passion. I began to feel the fittest, strongest and healthiest physically and mentally, highlighting how important the Crossfit methodology and community is to me. This continued into my third pregnancy emphasising the continuing to train whilst pregnant is achievable, is normal and can have huge benefits in your physical and mental health throughout this changing life event. Crossfit is for everyone!

My drive as a trainer is to encourage and witness people achieving goals and motivation they never knew they had. Some days as simple as just rocking up to a session is achieving that goal! As an active role model to my own children their desire to "train at Crossfit" has been the driving force behind commencing Crossfit Kid classes. As my day job is mostly about pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period I am extremely excited to get these sessions up and running so you too can find that motivation and community I once strived to find early in parenting days.

Letitia

I've been training with CrossFit for around 6 years and coaching for 3. It's the one thing I've stuck with, facilitating variety in training and allowing for modification to fit my abilities and current level of fitness. I love helping people move better, and progress with their fitness.

I've studied nutrition and mindset and am currently diving deeper into both. Learning more about hormones, gut health, how our personality influences how we eat and train and increasing my depth of knowledge in mindset and psychology. Understanding that nutrition plays a big role in our success for fitness. That there are many ways to help people without just handing them a meal plan or calorie plan because nutrition is a big part of our life and shouldn't be stressful or hard. Also knowing that mindset is key for both.
